The ENI CBC “Mediterranean Basin” programme, of which the Sardinia Region is the Managing Authority, will participate in the United Nations World Conference on Climate Change ‘COP27’ to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt 6-18 Nov, 2022.
As a partner of the Mediterranean Pavilion, the Managing Authority will be present at COP27 to share with the international community some of the innovative solutions developed within the funded projects to combat the water crisis, reduce the environmental impact of production activities or better manage marine litter.
In particular, the Managing Authority organizes the following three events with the possibility of following the online streaming:
– Accelerating the green transition in the Mediterranean: spotlight on funding opportunities (9 November from 4.15 pm to 5.15 pm)
– Untapping the potential of wastewater reuse and use of non-conventional water resources (11 November from 4.15 pm to 5.15 pm)
– Propelling SMEs and businesses into a green future (14 November from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm).
